AAC is pleased to offer this popular workshop for our members. A few of our members attended one of these workshops before the pandemic, and they are using new techniques and skills to create impressive work. The added bonus... learning to photograph your artwork, and making adjustments to color, crop, and size to have images ready for exhibition submissions.

Joyce Wilson needs no introduction to AAC. She served on the AAC board for several years on the education and events committee. Joyce and Tony Askew continue to host the bi-monthly AAC Art Challenges. Joyce operated a studio in Indianapolis for 35 years before moving to Santa Barbara in 1996. She has lectured and taught at photographic conferences throughout the world and her enthusiasm and ability to teach and guide students is legendary. She served on the faculty at Brooks Institute from 2000 until the school closed in 2016. Joyce’s work is held in the permanent collection of 8 museums across the United States, Canada. and Germany, including the Santa Barbara Museum of Art and the Crocker Museum in Sacramento.
